Bangkok Thailand has a LOT of vendors at night selling various delicious items, from roti (from India), to crepes, banana pancakes, fruits, and also BUGS!!!! Ants, grasshoppers, cockroaches, fried frogs, and silkworms! I had to have a taste of the silkworm, they dont taste too disgusting, in fact, if I didnt see it before eating it I would’ve probably enjoyed them LOL

Was leaving a festival 2 nights ago in Danao City, Philippines and we heard a LOUD screaming, of pain. We slowed down right as we were passing an alley and seen and heard the pig getting his head sliced off right in public with a little tiny kitchen knife sized knife. F*CKED UP! I love animals and I love the Philippines but still pisses me off that shit like this still happens.

Then on my way to the office today we were driving directly behind a trike which had a pig with a large slice down the stomache, dead, riding right in the open, I do have pictures of this that I will post when we get internet back at our office.

I hate that I love animals!

UPDATE: the pics are from the next day, we were driving and right in front of us was the trike with a dead sliced open pig, right on the main road!

Last night we were hanging out on a street called Soi Cowboy here in Bangkok Thailand. It has many food vendors selling all kinds of crazy shit.

When we got a little hungry decided to hitup one of the vendors, selling ants, cockroaches, moths and grasshoppers, we tried them all!!!!

They actually tasted pretty decent.

Ok, so probably the #1 nastiest, grossest, most disgusting so-called cuisine i’ve ever eaten and tasted in my entire life is this shit called “balut”. It is a popular snack here in the Phillipines, there are many balut guys driving bicycles around with their balut carts selling balut. I even seen a balut guy who got shot in the head one time. But anyways this shit is an egg that is almost about to hatch in to a little baby duck, you are supposed to eat it a certain amount of days prior to the hatching, so it’s like part egg and part duckling body/brains. Was really gross, my friend puked right after he put in his mouth, i chewed then gagged then chewed then gagged and my throat muscles were working their hardest pushing the baby duckling down my throat. Was a funny experience, i can almost gaurantee i’ll NEVER try it again!!!!!
