Anyone else running the East Moline Firecracker Run downtown East Moline? This year 2010 my father Joe Moreno is directing it again and putting in long hours and tons of work, along with many other good people who are all contributing to making an awesome race!!!

We went out for a family dinner at that new japanese steakhouse in the Quad Cities, Osaka Japanese Steakhouse. It was a fun time for everyone, had a few Sapporo beers, and Tsing Tao’s and some steaks, lobsters, salmons, shrimps, and more all prepared Hibachi style.
It was nice to caress your softness, and to be wrapped into your warm arms during these times of winter and all, but it’s time to say good bye, and RIP.
You were loved, very much.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
Was a great time playing “Apples to Apples”, playing guns with Pakey and Maddie and uncle Tony, eating Aunt Mimi’s famous Enchiladas, Mom’s Egg casserole, Heidi’s yummy sausage gravy, Grandma’s Velveeta cheese potato casserole omg I was in heaven, I think we all were!!!
For the kids, Pakey (bring over your new nerf guns!!!), Jessica, Andy, Maddie, Salma, Levi, Major, Bernie, Mazie, Griffey, Zekey, Bella, Woogies, we love you kids, be good again for next year so Saunta brings even MORE stuffs for you!!!! Woohoo!!!!

This weekend the Moreno and Miller family took a short and sweet holiday vacation to the famous Wisconsin Dells! We had a great time at the Kalahari Resorts hotel and theme park (and water park).
We did some bowling, the Calcutta Cougar won a game, we did some go karting, we had tons of Uno’s Pizza, and at Kalahari we also went down all the waterslides including the BEST one called the “Master Blaster”! Fun fun fun!!!! Tony, Hal and Payton did some wall climbing, Mom won a cute little doll for Maddie.
On the way home from the Dells we stopped at the famous Market Square Cheese store and ate some delicious cheese curds mmmmmmmmm
I’d just like to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving. Hope you all have a great time with your family, and friends.
And don’t feel bad for me, I have family here too, my daughters, and they are being extra sweet to me today!

Payton and Maddie had a blast playing skee ball and eating cotton candy at the Davenport Chuck E Cheese, ok I’ll admit it, us adults had a great time also, but the pizza isnt the greatest LOL
As most of you know I’ve been home for 2 weeks visiting all my friends and family, opening presents, celebrating the holidays, eating food by the pounds! And even doing a little bit of boozing hehe.

Associated Press. Boy, age 9 breaks world record for slam dunk contest! Payton ‘Slim‘ Miller, from East Moreno, Ohio, beat the old record held by Spud Webb. Rumor has it the Sacramento Kings are negotiating with Miller’s agent.
