January 2006 Cebu, Phillipines

A friend and I were invited to the Miss Cebu, Phillipines contest in mid-January. Was a very formal situation, models from all over this island were in the contest, looking VERY beautiful. The girl who won is in the 2nd picture, her name was Steph. Very pretty girl in my honest opinion.
